Inspirations

There are 2 main inspirations for CapyTherapy: one comes from the Russian capybara song, which served as the background audio for many viral TikTok videos featuring capybaras in hot springs. The other comes from a relatively popular idle game called Cats & Soup, which is about cats making soup in a forest.

Goal

The goal of this project is to create an idle game which incorporates mental health education into it. Mental health is a broad term which encompasses conditions regarding psychological and emotional well-being. With a wide range of mental health topics and conditions out there, CapyTherapy aims to educate players about them in a fun and interactive way through clicking and managing a hot spring run by capybaras.
